Carolyn Clark

A Realtor since 1985, Carolyn was the owner/broker of Carolyn Clark & Associates for over 20 years before merging with Brotherhood & Higley in 2011. She moved to New Canaan with her family in 1984 and has been deeply involved in community activities ever since. She is the proud mother of 4 children and 7 grandchildren, a friend to many and a dedicated advocate for all of her real estate clients.
Beginning in 2015, she will be partnering with her daughter Elizabeth Blanchard who is joining the firm in January.
Carolyn has been featured in numerous publications and articles highlighting her work have appeared
in USA Today, The Connecticut REALTOR, the New Canaan/Darien Magazine, and CT Cottages &
Gardens. She was also a guest on the CBS morning news where she demonstrated her successful
home staging strategies.
Carolyn holds the esteemed CRS (Certified Residential Specialist), ABR (Accredited Buyer
Representative), SRES (Senior Real Estate Specialist) and GRI (Graduate Realtors Institute)
designations. Her professional memberships include the National & CT Associations of
Realtors, New Canaan Board of Realtors & Multiple Listing Service, Consolidated Multiple
Listing Service and the Women’s Council of Realtors. She is a past Director of the New Canaan Board of Realtors and serves currently on the Board of Directors of the Rotary Club of New Canaan.
