My name is Nicole Bascomb, MBA and I am the Owner and Designated Broker for Bascomb Real Estate Group. I was born and raised in the Central District of Seattle and still call this region home. I have been in the banking/mortgage industry since I was 15 years old and have a unique perspective on home buying and selling, particularly in the Pacific Northwest. I worked as a mortgage underwriter for over 15 years which gives me a lens into real estate in general, and buying and selling specifically, that other brokers just don’t have.
