Peggy Foos, REALTOR®, is a distinguished and knowledgeable professional with over 30 years of experience selling real estate in San Diego County. Peggy moved to North County San Diego in 1992 after selling a successful Denver based appraisal business she owned with her husband. It was her experience in appraisal in tandem with a genuine passion for the real estate market that led her to start Coast and Valley Real Estate Group.
Peggy is an exceptional listener, taking great care to understand the needs of her clients and applying her extensive knowledge to get the job done. She respects her clients and values their time, and conducts each transaction accordingly. Peggy works tirelessly to ensure her clients realize a smooth, efficient and positive experience every time.
Peggy currently lives in Del Mar with her husband Rick, an appraisal specialist and retired fighter pilot in the Air Force. She has two grown daughters who live in the Bay Area with their families.
