With over 26 years of experience in the mortgage industry, Dwayne Smith has worked as both an originator and sales manager. His knowledge and expertise have earned him numerous accolades throughout his career. He was recognized by Mortgage Originator Magazine for ranking in the top 200 originators in the nation in 2007 and 2008. In his past experience, he was consistently named to the Leaders Club, President’s Club and Chairman’s Team, which recognizes the top originators in the company. In 2013, Dwayne was named the Lender of the Year by the Richmond Home Building Association. He has also been identified as a Five Star Mortgage Professional for the last five years, as published in Richmond Magazine. Most recently, Dwayne was recognized as a member of the George Mason Mortgage Chairman's Club, and the "Top 1% of Originators in America".
