Testimonial for Gail Craven and Allen Tate Realtors  We were at wits end trying to sell our home on Selwyn Avenue when we met Gail Craven early July 2016. We worked with another realtor for almost eight months with a lot of showings and no legitimate offers. Gail had just listed and sold a neighbor’s home on Roswell Avenue all within the month of June. Having a great recommendation from our neighbor, we interviewed Gail and we were taken aback by the service that she said she would provide. She followed through! Gail and, her husband Ken were a great team to work closely with on the preparation and staging for the listing that was planned throughout. We were skeptical at first, but quickly found out that her organization and planning skills all contribute to a successful home sale. After a couple weeks of work getting our home ready for market, we listed. Gail did a tremendous job with her realtors’ luncheon that she organized and hosted 4 days later. Think we had 30 to 40 realtors preview that day. It was so busy that Ken had to prepare more chicken salad. We only had three showings that first week; however, we had two offers within six days.
