My intent is to not just handle a transaction for my client, but to build a relationship that they would want to refer their friends, family, and co-workers to me. Today’s real estate market requires an agent to be “tuned-in” to the most current and changing conditions. This includes knowledge of mortgage programs, and property types. Writing offers tailored to specific listing types of properties or financing is critical.
My clientele consists of first-time home buyers, real estate investors; move-up buyers, and a variety of sellers. I take extra steps for all my listings in negotiating offers for my clients; striving for the highest net but also weighing any “pros and cons” of each offer to avoid escrow fall-outs.
As a Certified Distressed Property Expert, I offer my expertise to those who owe more than their homes are worth. I provide a free no obligation consultation to discuss what options are available based on the individual’s situation and goals. One option is a short sale. Having a prior career in banking provides me an edge when negotiating with the banks.
