Michelle Gonzalez has called historic St Augustine, Florida home since 2004. She relocated from Colorado's Rocky Mountains to this special part of the Sunshine State to be near to family and has loved calling St Augustine home. From the sparkling sandy beaches to the Bridge of Lions, lighthouse to the historic district, golf courses to the riverfront, and countless festivals and events throughout the year, St Augustine has something to offer everyone.
After two decades of working in the service industry, including managing a family steakhouse, Michelle transitioned to real estate in 2007, following the encouragement of good friend, Karen Palmer, who is now her broker and mentor. Michelle initially focused on first-time buyers, and still enjoys helping people with their first real estate experiences. Since then, she has handled condo sales, vacant lots, new construction, luxury homes, waterfront properties, historic properties, and pretty much everything that can be bought or sold in St Johns, Duval, Clay, Putnam, and Flagler counties. Committed to her community, Michelle is active in her church, running club, her daughter's dance school, and the UNF Alumni Association.
