More than 20 years of real estate experience combined with 13 years in the International Corporate Tax arena makes Bradley Brammer uniquely qualified for any real estate transaction. With his focus on residential real estate in NY and CT, Brad has made his mark across the industry from distressed properties to luxury homes.
Brad is a member of The Institute For Luxury Home Marketing, a distinguished group of Realtors working in the luxury market. Brad also completed his CDPE (Certified Distressed Property Expert) designation to assist troubled homeowners in avoiding foreclosure.
Before real estate, Brad spent 13 years advising global 100 companies on realignment (supply chain) strategies and tax advantaged corporate structures for the acquisition, workout and sale of distressed real estate and mortgage-backed securities. Not only does this lend itself to an intimate knowledge of the workings behind the market, but it means he gets to use really long words in his bio.
While he was pursuing his previous career in International Corporate Tax, he spent time acquiring, renovating and managing investment property both in and outside the US. Brad has four children and has lived in various parts of the US, UK and Asia. He currently resides in Larchmont, NY.
