I have known and worked with Greg for 6 years now. He helped me sell an income property in Aurora in 2007 after it sat on the market unsold for 6 months (I should have said a 'no income property'). His knowledge of market trends and pricing helped relieve me of this financial burden, and not a moment too soon, as the market collapsed shortly after and housing prices hit rock-bottom. Last year, I decided to take advantage of low interest rates and purchase a home. I was living in a third-story condo, and I invited Greg over to give me a market appraisal and determine a list price. Unfortunately, condo values fell through the floor, and I was so upside-down on my property that selling was not an option. Greg felt that I should rent my condo, as local apartment rents were high and inventory was low. We then went house-hunting. The first day, we looked at 7 different properties, and I found a home I was interested in. It was miles ahead of the other 6 properties, and we knew it would sell within the week. Greg called the listing agent to make an offer, but he was out of town. Greg's persistence and hard work allowed our bid to to be placed in a timely manner, just ahead of 3 other bids. That was on a Friday night. By Monday, our offer was accepted, and I have been very happy living in my new house for the past 9 months! Greg then helped me find good renters for my Condo, and even negotiated a 2-year lease with them! I couldn't be happier, and the whole process was worry-free. In short, Greg is very experienced and knowledgable about all aspects of real-estate. He is also a very kind and caring human-being, and a good business person. I feel lucky to have found him, and I will always work with him for my real-estate needs.
