"My husband & I contacted Debbie to help us find our first home. We were moving to the area from out of state and reached  out to her after we were given a list of local realtors associated with an organization we were a part of. We researched everyone on the list and Debbie (along with Greg, her partner at Bullard Realty) were the ones that stood out the most. They looked professional, had good reviews and were familiar with the market we were looking in. From the get-go, Debbie was incredibly helpful. We had a few phone conversations before actually meeting. Our first meeting was to find a house and she did not disappoint. We were hoping to find a house in a 3 day weekend and Debbie came prepared with about 15 houses to see, some snacks for our all day travels & a lot of insight into the process and neighborhoods we were looking at.
