1) What was your greatest concern getting started in buying/selling?

The biggest thing we were concerned about was getting a good loan. Rob recommended someone who was an in house loan officer at Windermere (highly recommend) and it was sooo nice to have that. They were able to stay in communication throughout the entire closing process and made it a lot easier when I had a million questions they could figure it out between the two of them.

2) What did you find as a result of finally committing to buying/selling?

Well we got really excited and jumped right into viewing homes and getting approved. Rob was fantastic and very patient with my persistent questions and house viewings.

3) What specific part of the process did you like the most?

Taking possession and getting our offer accepted! We did love viewing homes and planning what we could do to each house and how we could make it our own.

4) What other benefits of my buyer/seller process were helpful?

Rob quickly learned our vision for our new home. Once this was established he went to town searching for homes that fit our wants and needs. He would send us homes and when we bookmarked homes on Zillow he would usually review them within a couple hours and get back to us with any remarks or viable information he know we would need to know.

5) Would you recommend this agent to other buyers/sellers

We would HIGHLY recommend Rob to everyone. At first we were skeptical any agent would be able to see our vision. Rob eased our concern very quickly! He was extremely proactive in finding answers to questions we had and helped me better understand the buying process
