David Martinez was born in the Dominican Republic and oved to the United States at 4 years old. He grew up in New Jersey and joined the United States Air Force at age 17. David served in the United Staires Air Force for 24 years and retired in 2004. Upon his retirement, David became a Real Estate Agent in August 2004.

Rosalia was born in the Domincan Republic and moved to the United States at an early age. Rosalia grew up in New York City and eventually moved to Pennslyvania.

Rosalia was a former educator and school administrator. She worked in the education system for 20 years. In 2006, she made a career change and joined her husband, David Martinez in Real Estate.
