Buyers! I love the feeling of walking in to the perfect home with you – knowing we found the place you want to call home. I got my real estate broker’s license in 2001, Designated Broker’s license in 2019 and have seen a lot of properties over the years…and often over and over again as they come on the market with different owners.
For the past 10 years I decided to focus on the Gig Harbor area where I live. For me, real estate is not about selling – it is about the knowledge I have to give. Growing up in University Place and living in Gig Harbor gives me tons of local knowledge.
I grew up ice skating and went on to travel around the world for 18 years with Ice Follies and later Disney on Ice. Oh, and that is where I met my husband – he is from Blackpool, England and did ice comedy in shows for years. Now my passion is sprint kayak – mastering the balance in a very tippy boat. My son is 19 so local schools, local sports – I have been through it and understand. The other member of our family is our beagle, Sam. He talks to us through his squeaky toys…really!
For those of you that are analytical, I tend to like numbers. I never push anyone in to buying a home – that is your decision. But I will let you know if I think it is a good idea or could be a challenge when you go to resale someday. I figure that is why you are working with me, right…for that knowledge.

As part of our service to our clients, my team member and friend, Greta, will stage your home. We spend a day moving furniture and placing display items to stage your home for optimum dollar on your investment. You may not recognize your home or even may say: “maybe you should stay, it looks so good!” And that is the whole idea.
Greta’s staging along with the HD photography-aerial footage and video we hire out for our listings, will make your home look as good as it can- that is what we strive for. You are selling what you have so there is no magic, but our goal is to have buyers want to see your home after they check it out online. Before becoming a Realtor, I also received my BA in Communications from the University of Washington, graduating Cum Laude and Phi Beta Kappa.
I continue to educate myself in real estate, completing the requirements for the Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR), Certified Sales Professional (CSP), Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) and Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE).
