About Kelley
Kelley Ireland, the Owner & Broker-in-Charge, has been personally involved in real estate since her early 20’s. She has been involved at every level including the creation of residential subdivisions, land development, building high-end spec homes, renovating properties and has also ventured into commercial planning & development. Her knowledge and personal experience in real estate gives our clients a whole new level of service and the assurance that they will get all the information necessary to make sound real estate decisions.
After having been left unsatisfied in her own real estate buying & selling experiences, Kelley decided to get her NC Real Estate Broker license to try offering the skills she had been looking for in a Broker, as well as to get a jump on investments before they came on market. Within a short period of time, she was a Multi Million Dollar Producer, outselling most agents in the area, and remains one of the top sellers in the Lake Norman/Charlotte area.
For her dedication to her clients, she has been a repeat winner since 2008 of ‘BEST IN CLIENT SATISFACTION‘ awarded by Charlotte Magazine and voted on by the public. Kelley & her company were featured in the October 2010 issue of FORBES Magazine in a full page color spread, and she was the Cover Agent and Feature Agent of the May 2014 TOP AGENT Magazine, a publication that features the top Realtors in the US, Canada and Europe.
