Get to Know Me
Hi! My name is Elaine Eschert, Broker/Owner of Golden Properties Realty in Ballantyne. I love calling Charlotte, NC home since 1978. That's when my husband Ray and I relocated to Charlotte with our two sons Eric and Jason. Today, both our sons and their families including our five grandchildren still live here along with many other family members who have made Charlotte their home, too.
In 1994 I started my real estate career with RE/MAX as one of their first agents. Gathering knowledge of the area over the years I have lived here prepared me well for helping others who would be relocating. During my career with RE/MAX I was consistently ranked among their top agents in sales attaining both the 100% Club Award and the Platinum Club Award. I was also honored to be inducted into the RE/MAX Hall of Fame. Another highlight of my RE/MAX career was being selected as the only North Carolina real estate agent to be featured on the network TV program "My First Home". After five days of filming and multiple wardrobe changes all for a 45 minute show made me realize I would never choose show business as a career!
In December of 2009, I decided to establish my own real estate firm. I chose Golden Properties Realty for my new real estate company name. I put much thought into a company name because that would be a representation of me. Since I always provided my clients with a gold standard of service combined with our family's love of Golden Retrievers (we've had a total of 14 over the years) It was a perfect name!
My success in real estate in particular in the Ballantyne / South Charlotte area?, Matthews, Mint Hill, Union County and Fort Mill areas is based on my personal experiences and knowledge of those areas. As an experienced and well seasoned professional "I don't just sell the area, I know the area" that just one of several reasons why you should "Choose Me" to be your representative.
I also understand the importance of listening to you and developing a one on one relationship. I don't just meet and greet and then have a team co-worker work with you. That is a team concept, something I don't believe in.
I am your agent 24 / 7......You contacted me, you speak to me. you work with me. I look forward to assisting you with your real estate needs or just being able to answer any questions you may have even if you're not ready to make a decision yet.
