I have worked with all of these buyers and sellers. I pride myself in having the patience, knowledge and tools to help my clients make important transitions in their lives. I am honest with my clients in providing them realistic comparative market analysis and a Trendgraphix report when pricing their properties. I am certified as a staging specialist in preparing homes for market. Through my 21 years as a realtor I have a comprehensive network of professionals that have supported my past clients and myself. Finally, I am always available to my clients when they need guidance in understanding the purchase and sale agreements, negotiating between buyer and seller, and explaining what their options are.
