My dream, as a teenager, was to buy my own home. From an early age my passion was to help my mother decorate our home. I purchased my 1st home at age 18; “flipped” homes in the 1970’s; bought rental properties with my husband in the 1980’s & 90’s! I obtained my real estate license in 1986 due to the fact I knew I could do a better job at helping people buy and sell real estate than ANY of the agents I had worked with over the years, and clients would see the value of my experiences! I have developed a passion for helping my clients reach the same goals in real estate for themselves!

Slick Watts has been a pillar of the community since he first became a member of the Seattle Super Sonics. His work in the community is noted by his receiving the J. Walter Kennedy Citizenship Award. This is an annual NBA award given for outstanding service and dedication to the community.
Nichele Watts, Vice President
Nichele Watts was a Mechanical Engineer for 23 years, prior to becoming a REALTOR. Slick and Nichele have successfully founded, developed, and managed multiple businesses in the past.
