We have had multiple positive experiences with Cindy Belhumeur and Home Source Group. Cindy helped us to buy our first home almost ten years ago. We were first time home buyers and had no idea what we were doing. Cindy helped us to find a home in our budget in the neighborhood we wanted and walked us through the entire process. When it came time to sell that home and purchase a new one that better fit us at this point in our lives, we didn’t hesitate to call Cindy again. 

This time we were first time home sellers. Once again, Cindy walked us through the entire process. She gave us advice on what to do to our current home to prepare it for selling. Cindy graciously drove around with us on multiple hours-long road trips to find the perfect home for us. We were extremely busy with selling and purchasing a home simultaneously with closings scheduled for both properties on the same day. We found Cindy Belhumeur on the Dave Ramsey website of his endorsed local providers (ELP) when we were looking for a realtor in the Denver area. Our townhouse in Brighton, CO was rented but we were wanting to get it sold. For several years she stayed in contact with us, by phone calls or emails, asking if we were ready to sell, but not being pushy at all. Because of the decreased market value, we waited. Finally, last spring (2016) we said we were ready to sell. Cindy made sure our townhouse was in showing condition after the renters moved out and listed it the first part of July. Just recently finding the need to purchase a home on my own for the first time, I interviewed a total of four real estate brokers, and upon doing so, Cindy Belhumeur quickly became my realtor of choice, hands down. Cindy’s professionalism, business ethics, and knowledge of the industry were very obvious throughout that interview, surpassing that of the others that I interviewed.
