As a 15 year manager with Fairway Independent Mortgage Corp, named for the last 3 years as the '#1 Mortgage Company in America to Work For' I am proud of the service we provide our valued customers with, including outstanding communications throughout the process, excellent interest rates, and seemless file flow from start to finish of their loan applications. With over 25 years of personal hands on experience in the mortgage origination arena you can trust me to anticipate what is needed to get your loan closed.
I've been a producing manager for the past 19 years and my focus is to create an office atmosphere of mutual respect and a team approach based on trust and cooperation amoung us all. We provide state of the art training to our new members, as well as to those just needing a little updating. Fairway is an agency-direct lender to Fannie, Freddie and Ginnie, so no overlays here. We close on time, and the internal corporate support we receive sets the bar for all other companies to shoot for. I've watched the company grow from being its 54th employee to one who currently employs approx 4,000. And each year the company becomes better!

Since beginning his career in the residential lending arena back in 1991, Jim has developed a motto of giving his clients a HUGG, by Honoring them for their loyalty, Uncovering their financial goals and objectives, and Giving Generously through his experience, expertise, and professionalism.
When not assisting his clients, Jim enjoys hiking, bike riding, golfing, music, and the mountains. Jim spends his work time between his offices in Breckenridge and in Denver, just west of City Park.
