Kate Snyder, or “Real Estate Kate,” as she is also known, is a real estate agent…and much more. Kate serves the community, and realty is just one part of that service. She often likes to quote Ghandi’s comment, “The best way to find yourself is to lose yourself in the service of others.” She takes that to heart. In her realty work, “Real Estate Kate” represents buyers, sellers and renters. She excels at breaking down the process and guiding clients, step by step, through the real estate transaction. As a full-time real estate agent since 2004 with RE/MAX Realty Group, she is part of a team of hardcore, professional agents servicing the MD, DC, VA area.
Kate resides in Germantown, MD with her 4 “dog children,” the loves of her life. She is extremely passionate about giving back to the community that has given so much to her. An active volunteer with K9 Lifesavers, a local dog-rescue organization, she organizes and runs a dog adoption event once every month at PetSmart in Germantown. Kate is also an avid sports enthusiast—both playing, watching and coaching. She coaches high school athletics in Montgomery County, MD.
