Mark Trenka brings a strong background in finance and sales to his role as the owner of CENTURY 21 Trenka Real Estate. A second generation REALTOR®, Mark worked in the automotive industry and in mortgage lending before joining the family business. Since taking on the leading role at the company he has overseen more than 950 transactions totaling more than $200 million in sales. As dedicated as he has been to the success of his company, Mark makes considerable time for leadership roles in real estate in Colorado. He recently served as chairman of the board of directors of The Colorado Association of REALTORS®. Previous he chaired REcolorado for two years, Denver’s multi-list service for properties. A former chairman of the Legislative Policy Committee of the Colorado Association of REALTORS®, Mark has also been president of the Denver Board of REALTORS® and led the leadership team that in 2012 merged the Denver, Jefferson County and North Metro Denver boards of REALTORS® into the 5000-member Denver Metro Association of REALTORS®. His professional colleagues have recognized Mark’s leadership by naming him Broker/Manager of the Year (2010) and REALTOR® of the Year (2011) and identifying his company as a leader in both office and individual production for the number and volume of transactions they conduct each year. If he isn’t working at his craft you’ll likely find Mark on the ski slopes, playing a round of golf or at the Rockies game. His love of baseball – demonstrated by all of the memorabilia he displays proudly in his office – is matched only by his love for his family and his commitment to the service he provides his clients and his staff.
