Lori really knows real estate and goes above and beyond to help. She knows the market and is a great communicator, negotiator and pays attention to details completing a transaction. She even helped me get rid of some furniture and things I no longer needed the day before I moved out. She is wonderful about talking things out on the phone instead of texting and will listen to your needs and will help in any way possible. I would recommend her to assist with you purchasing or selling a property. We listed my home October 19 and it closed on December 14. She staged the property well, did open houses and used her marketing strategies and networking!

The last four letters of the servicer's name is 'star' - and they deserve many four-letter words for chronic indecision and unbelievable delays. Our short sale took over 13 months and Lori brought in 5 buyers across that time - she stuck with it and in the end we were finally successful - all due to Lori's constant followup with that four-letter word of a mortgage servicer.
