About Chris Carlson
MY experience began with 25 years of Pricing, Analyzing, & Forecasting in Corporate positions in Colorado. Then a new job and a move to Virginia in 1988 as Corporate Pricing Manager with a major company providing MLS & Book Publishing services to Boards of Realtors put me in the Real Estate business. That was followed by getting a Real Estate license to experience 'the other side of the business' after getting the majority of Boards across the country locked into long term contracts.
I have been licensed for 25 years (since 1994) and active as a Full Time Realtor with the Century 21 system since the beginning, with multiple Awards to show for it. I love what I do! I focus on the details, making my clients feel comfortable and that they understand the process, which can be quite daunting even for the expeienced ones. Their priorities are my priorities.
