Janet and Kirsty relocated from London, England to Colorado in the spring of 1991. They have since lived in Boulder County and other surrounding areas. They became US Citizens in 2000. Their office is in Boulder and they focus on Boulder and other nearby counties.
Licensed since 2002 and 2007 they have sold millions of dollars of Real Estate representing both seller and buyers equally. They are committed to working together with their clients to give them the best service and support in the business.
Reliable and trustworthy, they greatly values honesty and integrity. To stay ahead in a very competitive field, they continue to attend real estate seminars and classes. They have both earned the very prestigious CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) and ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative) designation which only 3% off all Realtors can claim.
To become a Certified Residential Specialist, every REALTOR® must have significant experience and demonstrate volume of real estate transactions or gross sales, as well as complete rigorous educational requirements.
Every CRS designee is required to maintain membership in the National Association of Realtors® and to abide by its strict code of Ethics. The training available to CRS designees includes a strong focus on technology and its applications in the real estate business. Less than 3 percent of all licensed Realtors® are Certified Residential Specialists.
Janet and Kirsty have both attained the ABR designation (Accredited Buyer´s Representative) and the Certified Negotiation Specialist (CNS) designation. Janet also has a CMRS (Cendant Mobility Relocation Specialist) qualification to help you with all your relocation needs including out of state and out of country.
Having relocated 5000 miles from the UK to Colorado with 3 teenage children she understand the challenges of moving either locally or long distance.
Janet and Kirsty are REALTORS® belonging to the National Association of Realtors® and the Colorado Association of Realtors®. Janet is a member of the Longmont Association of Realtors®. Kirsty is a member of the Boulder Associaton of Realtors. Realtors® are required to uphold the strictest ethics.
