Sandrine grew up in the French Alps before adopting Cambridge
as her residence 20 years ago. As she made this life-changing
move, and after many years as an ad executive working on
branding and strategic planning, she decided to invest in a career
in real estate. That was a new start, and it was 2004.
Making clients for life. Sandrine treats her clients as friends
and families. When homes are sold or bought, relationships do not
end. It is a lifelong commitment to her clients. Her honesty,
transparency, casual demeanor and high energy level puts
everyone at ease.
Energetic collaborator. Sandrine thrives in this competitive
marketplace and loves all collaborations. With her clients,
colleagues, partners and assistants. She is not a team. Does not
want to. She feels she owns it to serve her clients from A to Z. She
calls on and surrounds herself with talented professionals in all
trades - whether contractors, brokers, stagers or marketers.
Marketer by Design. Many years in the advertising industry,
reinventing brands and implementing strategies, have dotted
Sandrine with a laser focused marketing approach to selling real
estate. Listing a home is first and foremost marketing a home. It is
about telling a story and spreading the words.
Passion for design and interiors. Sandrine is deeply
passionate for designs and interiors and this is reflected in her
work through her involvement with staging and prepping a home,
as a design consultant to developers, or as she assists her buyers
with a vision for their home. She loves Victorians, Mid Century,
Colonial, Modern architecture, … all shapes and colors.
Sandrine lives in Cambridge Port with her husband Peter
Coley, a financial advisor at RBS Citizens Investments, and
together they raise a 13 years old daughter who attends the dual
Spanish-English immersion program at the Amigos Public School.
