About Greg
Greg Sampier, Employing Broker of Total Concept Real Estate Services, and his Dad, Co-Founder, Cliff Sampier have been listing and selling homes in the Denver Metro area, providing personal and friendly real estate services for families and businesses for many years. We look forward to providing you with Real Estate and Insurance assistance. Cliff passed away in March of 2017. He is greatly missed. He was an inspiration to his son and to those who knew him. His work ethic and faith are core values of Total Concept Real Estate Services, LLC.

Greg has 2 grown children, Stephen and Nicole and Pastors Phoenix Fellowship, in Englewood, CO. He has always taken great pride in the fact that Total Concept Real Estate Services was established as a family owned business and despite the loss of two of the founding Partners, continues as a family owned & operated business.
