My name is Courtney Martin and I am a real estate professional with Martin Real Estate Group and Coldwell Banker, located in Fairfield County, CT. My family and I moved to Connecticut in 2009. The moment we arrived, I knew this was the place I wanted to settle down and raise my children. Having lived in several parts of the United States and traveled to many other cities and towns, domestic and abroad, nothing else appealed to me the way Fairfield County did. The quaint towns, natural beauty, easy access to NYC, what wasn't there to love. This place quickly became "Home". I learned early on as a child what it takes to be successful in Real Estate. My mother started selling when I was a little girl. I spent many evenings and weekends tagging along with her showing homes, helping at open houses, and even dressing up in costume once to pass out balloons to kids at an event she was hosting. The one thing that was always consistent no matter who we were with or what we were doing, everyone she worked with was treated like family. It wasn't ever about "making a sale" or "closing a deal", it was about helping OUR "family" sell or find their new "Home". Not a house. A HOME.
For me, real estate is a way of life. It's part of who I am. I believe that buying and selling real estate should be handeld with the highest level of professionalism and care. My unique blend of old school customer service and personal touch with the latest cutting edge technology and marketing techniques has attributed to my much success in this industry.
