Kim moved to the Orlando area from St. Louis in 1998 and soon achieved the honor of obtaining her Real Estate license in 1999. Since then, she has made it her mission to focus on the needs and dreams of her clients, making their priorities, her priorties. "Selling or Buying a home is one of the biggest investments you make in a lifetime. My goal is to find my clients 'dream' that fits their needs, checks all their boxes and meets their budget! Striving to make it as positive an experience as possible is important to me."
Kim was inspired to become a Realtor after working with their Realtor when they moved to Orlando. She wanted to make someone else feel like they were buying a dream come true instead of just being sold a house. Kim gets to know her clients and takes care to focus on the details so that her clients can focus on the responsibilities of their busy day to day lives. Kim always trys to be accommodating and available to her Clients as she understands that schedules are ever changing.
As a professional, Kim has become familiar with Selling and Listing homes in many of the Orlando surrounding counties and welcomes clients who just aren't quite sure where they would like to settle. If her knowledge of an area happens to lack, she endeavours to gain that knowledge so that her customers are well informed. Knowledge is power and makes decisions easier.
In listing a home, Kim takes extra care to take photographs that compliment the property at its best advantage while making subtle changes in the staging, if needed. A photo says a thousand words, but they must be honest in their story. Kim's technique is imagining what a potential Buyer will see upon first pulling to the property and implementing a stragedy and suggestions to homeowner on what slight changes could be made to make that positive "first impression" a lasting one!
Kim is an advocate for her clients whether its Selling or Buying a home and her goal is to ensure that the home selling and home buying experience is positive throughout the entire transaction! She is a wife, mother of 4 and grandmother to 5. Kim is a conceirge of Real Estate!
