When I founded Bradford Real Estate in 1994, my intent was never to have a large real estate company. However, as often happens, one thing led to another, and now 12 other agents have joined me in making Bradford Real Estate a customer service-oriented neighborhood firm that is like a family.
Since early in my career, my wife and I have been renovating homes in northwest Denver, so I have in-depth knowledge of older homes, development and investment real estate. I can guide a buyer on how much certain improvements will cost and help sellers get top dollar for their property. If you’re looking for investment property, I can offer you sound advice based on my experience renting and managing property.
I have been in real estate markets where it has taken six months to sell a house and others where it took six seconds, so I understand the importance of marketing your property. From classic print media to social media and everything in between, knowing the best tried-and-true methods as well as finding new ways to market is essential.
My philosophy on working for and with you
Pretty simple: treat people how you want to be treated and put their interests first. Only good follows from there. I will tell you the pros and the cons with every transaction and will negotiate on your behalf to get you what you want.

My life
I bought my first home when I was 25. It was only a 350-square-foot condo but it was mine. I kept the property as a rental after my wife bought a 1920s bungalow in a neighborhood that, at the time, wasn’t really on the map. Little did we know that north Denver would become known as the Highlands and then Sunnyside, Berkeley, LoHi, etc. ? one of the most happening neighborhoods in Denver and where I chose to open Bradford Real Estate.
