Terri’s career in home loans began 30 years ago, and it stems from a love for building her Kansas City community: the slice of land she’s lived on her whole life.
Throughout the decades of building relationships with clients, she’s grateful for the loyalty she’s paid to them as they either navigate new roads for a first home or even if it’s their third or fourth time around the block. Seeing her clients in their dream homes and the excitement for the future is what motivates her to stay detailed, informed and on her toes.

In-house processing and underwriting teams allow Terri to better serve clients and help to make the process as smooth as possible.
