My name is Merry Cobb and I have been a full-time professional realtor since 2005. I am a member of North East Florida Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, Florida Association of Realtors and St Johns Board of Realtors. As a realtor, I have earned many recognition's, such as; Top Lister, Top Sales and Top Producer.
As a native Floridian, I have extensive knowledge of the real estate trends in North East Florida. I have lived in Jacksonville for 9 years before relocating to the World Golf Village in St Augustine in 2005. Prior to getting into real estate in 2005, I worked with one of Americas leading lenders, Bank of America, in helping many families live the American dream of home ownership. There is where I realized I wanted to be more involved in assisting families accomplish their goals of home ownership. I specialize in residential sales, new construction, foreclosures, 1st-time home-buyers, waterfront property, investment property and relocation.
