In addition to earning the Five Star Professional Award for the 5th year in a row, the Reddy Real Estate Team has some very exciting news.......
After over 30 years working in HVAC (heating, ventilation and air conditioning) Tom Reddy is retiring from his position at US Mechanical and will be working in Real Estate full time! Many of our clients already know the value that Tom brings to the team with his extensive knowledge of HVAC, residential home remodeling, home construction, property management, home maintenance, and the real estate market having helped Kristi Lyn and the Reddy Real Estate Team clients for the past 13 years. Tom has always desired to work full time in real estate and is very excited to move forward pursuing his dream. Together we will continue to exceed client expectations one client at a time.
Kristi Lyn Reddy became licensed in 2005 after having worked in property management for nearly 9 years. Her love for helping families and individuals obtain a place to rent extended beyond the temporary and into helping them plan and obtain their lifelong dream of home ownership. Her husband Tom obtained his license in 2006 and the Reddy Real Estate Team was formed.
After 14 years the Reddy Real Estate Team continues to help Buyers and Sellers reach their goals in the Seattle real estate market.
