Matthew is a Broker Associate with Den Property Group whose negotiation skills and attention to detail have earned him multiple industry awards along with the distinction of being recognized as a top producer in Austin for over a decade.
In addition to negotiating over five hundred real estate transactions, he has managed the sales and marketing of eight residential construction developments in Central Austin. His specialties include project management, new construction, luxury homes, condominium conversions, first-time home buyers, and investment properties.
Matthew received his business degree in marketing from Santa Clara University located in the heart of Silicon Valley. He is an Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Certified e-PRO®, a Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) and a member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR), the Texas Association of Realtors (TAR), and the Austin Board of Realtors (ABOR).
Pursuits outside of real estate include small business consulting, enthusiastic volunteering, automotive hobbies, and traveling with his wife Lynette. He loves calling Austin his home and is passionate about helping others find their perfect den.
