I have been asked by my friends and acquaintances why I had decided to go into a real estate after a lengthy career as a Civil Engineer. I have always had a hobby in house designs and architecture. I felt my background segued quite well with the technical and structural knowledge, attention to detail, negotiation skills, and a stickler for efficient scheduling.
My Father was in sales all of his life. I experienced his enjoyment in meeting and conversing with people, while expressing humor all along the way. Adding humor with good communication is my goal.
As a Realtor, I have been able to balance spending more time with my family and dogs, playing golf with my friends, and keeping in touch with past clients, while still being able to tend to the needs of current buyers and sellers.
