Clive was amazing. He’s knowledgeable, kind, patient, and was always available to us throughout the process of selling our home. Clive went the extra mile with us to help with landscaping work, staging, and other preparations for the sale. I completely recommend Clive! I utilized his talents to sell my home. I initially contacted three agents, Clive was the only one to come with comps and a spreadsheet to recommend a selling price. He also suggested that we could push the market a little bit, His approach was sound, logical and on  target. He worked with me for 6 months to ensure that the house was prime for selling. We had a couple challenges: twin two year olds, and we were moving 200 miles away. We decided not to list our house until after we moved out. Clive took over. He coordinated last minute touch ups, painting, and even went to home depot to find a replacement knob. Our house sold in 24 hours. The excitement started when the buyers claimed we had foundation issues. Clive was very professional, suggested that we not get overly excited and we brought in 3 other inspectors, all of whom said there were no issues. Clive politely pushed back on the buyers and we were conceded a small amount to fix a vent that actually required repair. In the end we got 98.6% of our asking price while "pushing" the market value. I can't say enough about his professionalism, trusting him with our home after we moved out, and the great level of communication. If you are selling, I'd recommend Clive.

Wow! Clive really stepped up to help us sell our lot. Not only did we have a tight schedule for both sale and closing, but my husband had already moved overseas. Clive personally investigated available and recently sold lot compares in the area to set a competitive price. Clive then worked to  get drone photo shots of the property which helped get a buyer in one day! No rest for Clive -- closing needed to happen in a record two weeks time. We were down to the wire on coordinating all the necessary closing documents, power of attorney documents, and title company schedules. Clive worked with buyers, title company, and us to pull off the closing in record time.

Clive started off as a real estate agent but quickly become more like family to us. He represented our family's best interests always. Clive helped us find and buy our first home. When we were moving out of state soon after - we called upon Clive's services again. He was more than amazing and we  could have not gotten it all done without him. We were referred to Clive by my husbands parents. This was our first experience with building/ buying a home and were very nervous about the whole experience. Clive was able put not only our minds at ease but also those of our families as well. We had a few issues with our builder and Clive was  always there to make sure our needs were met. Becoming a home owner for the first time can be a very stressful time, however we always felt that Clive had our best interests at heart and went above and beyond to make the building process go smoothly.
