Initially, we weren’t sure if we were going to build or buy an existing home so when we reached out to CJ both options were on the table. He drove with us to dozens of lots and setup showings for existing homes and new model homes. During this process we resided in Madison while the lot was in Milwaukee. CJ was of great help in visiting with the seller and even delivered documents which saved us numerous trips to Milwaukee. He also calmed concerns when items with the builder took longer than expected requiring us to request an extension to our active offer.
