Born and raised in Charlotte, NC, I know the Queen City and all it has to offer. Because my father was a real estate attorney in Charlotte for over 40 years, I grew up working summers in his office and learning the real estate business. After graduating from Elon University, I returned to Charlotte, where I worked for 7 years as a loan officer for a national mortgage company, as well as a national builder. I started a real estate title abstracting firm in 2003 and remain a Certified Paralegal with the NC Bar Association. Searching real estate titles prior to closing, I learned what problems may arise prior to closing and how they were resolved.
I am the mother of two high school girls, as well as two Golden Retriever boys. When I am not selling houses, I enjoy exercising and long walks with my dogs. I am also a North Carolina girl at heart. My heart bleeds two shades of blue, Tarheel blue and Panther blue. I love watching sports. Football, basketball & baseball are my favorites. I have also been an active volunteer at my daughter’s school, serving a 2 year term on the PTF and volunteering with various activities, such as the annual “Joy Prom”, that hosts hundreds of special needs adults and children each year. I believe that my success and my self-fulfillment comes from serving others.
