I come from an extensive Customer Service background having spent five years in the banking industry working for Key Bank, Washington Mutual and Electronic Data Services. After banking I spent ten years working for Alaska Airlines based out of Seatac Airport. In May of 2005 Alaska Airlines broke the union our work group belonged to and outsourced our jobs.
Therefore . . .
My interest in Real Estate quickly became my passion. I have been working for Keller Williams Realty for fourteen years. After 13 years with The Sosky Real Estate Team, I stepped back out on my own and created Shannon Wulick Properties. My goal is to continue to create and breathe energy into a more personal, more hands-on style of business for my clients.
Specialties: Listing, consulting and negotiating real estate contracts. Consulting clients on how to best handle their unique situations. Short sale Specialist and First Time Home Buyer Specialist. We have a fantastic group of lenders who help our clients maneuver through the purchasing process, we also have the tools to help those that need credit repair before qualifying to purchase.
My personal passion is creating a relationship with my clients that extends beyond the real estate transaction, I want to be the person they turn to when they have questions or concerns in regards to their home. I believe in making the home purchasing experience the best it can be.
