I am a Seattle native and though I’ve lived and worked in other parts of the US, Europe and Asia I returned to Seattle to call it my home. My office is in the South Lake Union neighborhood of Seattle Washington and I live in the Ravenna neighborhood, just north of the University of Washington. I enjoy the outdoors by skiing, rowing, sailing, hiking, taking photos and indoor recreation by cooking, reading, watching movies and participating in social media. I am a member of the International Federation of Real Estate Professionials (FIABCI), the National Association of Realtors (NAR), Washington Realtors, Seattle / King County Realtors (SKCR), the Commercial Brokers Association (CBA) and the Asian Real Estate Association of America (AREAA). I hold NAR designations as a Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS), Transnational Referral Certification (TRC), At Home With Diversity Certification (AHWD) and Seniors Real Estate specialist (SRES).
The CIPS designation gives you access, outside of the traditional Coldwell Banker network, to a select group of international professionals in over 65 countries. The FIABCI network opens the door for you to a global group of professionals involved in all aspects of the real estate industry. This attention to international real estate gives you access to a global marketplace for either buying or selling a primary or second home.
