Robin has been our Realtor since 2006 when my late husband, Pete & I moved to Texas. We have been through many real estate transactions together, purchasing eight rental properties, two of which we recently sold. Very shortly after Pete passed away in 2010, we had major issues with a couple of properties and delinquent tenants. Our experience with Robin Curle from Realty Austin was amazing! From day 1 she was perfect: timely, helpful, honest, etc.

During our first meeting she told us what needed to be done in order to sell our home and AS SOON as the work was completed our house was on the market (and on every website that you could imagine). Robin was there every step of the way from guiding us on decisions to going to bat for us on unfair offers. She was incredible.

Our home buying experience was a 'difficult' one since we were trying to sell our house and buy a new one in the SAME downtown neighborhood. As you can imagine, in Austin that is almost impossible because of how fast the market is and how expensive square footage can be. We were also planning our wedding at the same time we were selling our home and Robin made the process seem so simple and stress free for us. She was even happy to show our house and babysit our dogs during the walk through (two huge great danes) while we were at work... multiple times.

Long story short: Robin was amazing and really knows what she is doing. She helped us sell our first home and move into a house with 2 times the square footage/completely renovated for almost the same price she sold our old house for. If I am ever in the market for a real estate agent again I know exactly who to call.

We have received exceptional service from Robin over the course of several years. My husband and I made the decision to relocate from Washington State to Austin 2 years ago; at that time, we found Robin's contact information via an internet search.
