Real Estate isn't easy. It can be unpredictable, no paid benefits or vacation, crazy hours, pay all your own expenses, and only get paid when you get a deal sucessfully to closing. But, as a self employed solution maker, every day is Boss's Day, and for me - there is nothing more rewarding than connecting with people and helping them navigate one of the biggest transitions of their life!
Moving ranks among the most stressful events of life; along with divorce, losing a job and death of a spouse. I have acquired so much wisdom through first-hand experiences. Lessons I have learned from being a full-time caregiver, ALS advocate, single parent and wine sales rep have provided me with extensive experience in transitions - both joyful and challenging. As a full-time Real Estate Agent, I am the support network for the client from the very beginning to past the closing date. And I love it.
My personal approach is to partner closely with clients to understand their needs and be a creative solution maker in the real estate process. I bring professional expertise, advanced technology, market knowledge and resourcefulness to the Selling or Buying experience. In today's market, people need accurate, timely information, ongoing communication and strong negotiation skills. I will be a facilitator and trusted advisor in what is often an emotional journey.
