Outside of my mortgage knowledge and my experience my greatest strength and satisfaction in working in this industry is the professional relationships I build with my clients. Success is a byproduct of working hard, staying motivated, and treating your clients or realtors as you would want to be treated. I am emphatic about customer service, communication, and delivering the qualities to my clients that I would want a loan officer to deliver to my friends and family. My goal is ultimately to be back in a management position to where I can help develop those traits and values in other mortgage industry individuals.
