Donna worked with us over several months on our search and the eventual purchase of our first home. Initially, she made sure to listen to and understand all our needs and wants in order to develop the best criteria for our search. She then drew our attention to various listings that she knew we would be interested based on our preferences, even those that we might not see based on our search criteria.

Donna was available to promptly set up showings and to walk us through all sorts of potential options. As first time buyers, she was also very honest and forthcoming in providing her opinion of the pros and cons of some of the homes we looked at. We felt very comfortable asking questions and for advice, which was especially valuable as we moved forward to making an offer and buying our home. Donna made the process so easy! I purchased a condo in 2013 - was my first home purchase so I was asking her about quite a few different properties and wanting to see pretty much all of them!
