My real estate career began as a child watching my father grow his homebuilding business. At an early age, I could be found on homesites, at title companies, and filing papers in my dad's office. I would beg for my mother to take me to display homes on the weekend, and knew from a very young age that real estate was my calling.
At the University of Dayton, I double majored in Marketing and Entrepreneurship. Through my entrepreneurship program, I had the ability to form a small business with classmates, purchase a distressed home, renovate and sell.
After graduating, I began my real estate career with a national homebuilder, Ryan Homes. I completed their extensive training and development program and excelled at selling properties to buyers of all price-points. From the initial point of contact to the closing table, I walked the buyers through blueprints, interior design choices, financing options and the construction process.
In 2007, I moved back to my hometown of St. Louis to start my own real estate development company. During this time, I have purchased, renovated and sold over 10 properties, assisted many buyers and sellers in the real estate process, and consulted for local residential and commercial real estate companies.
