Unlike realtors in the past, she never pressured us to lower the price so she could sell quickly without doing much work. To the contrary, she helped us select a smart price from the beginning that we were very happy with and she did the work necessary to sell it at that price. She told me early on that it would take 60 to 90 days to sell our house, and she actually sold it in less than 60 days. She was available on her cell phone 24/7. She touched base with us frequently, and always answered our calls and texts. Selling a house can be stressful. But Gail took the worry out of it by being in charge, hard-working, trustworthy, detail-oriented, and absolutely professional. In the end, she gave us her own military discount so that we could make the most of the deal. I highly recommend Gail to anyone buying or selling property in Hampton Roads.
