Liz was terrific! She helped us buy our first home, and we are very happy with her help! When we began our search, Liz was extremely patient with us, showing us approximately 30 – 40 houses, as we were very picky with what we wanted. When making an offer, Liz made it extremely painless and definitely showed us that she wanted what was best for us when we discussed what we wanted to offer. She also was very stern with the seller and would not budge in negotiations when she knew the amount we were most comfortable offering. Liz is amazing. We worked with 3 other realtors before her who were just like salespeople — pushing us into a home even if it wasn’t right. Liz took the time to listen and ask about the house we were seeing. She helped us uncover what we liked and didn’t like. When we finally decided to start looking at slightly more expensive houses, Liz was supportive but not pushy. We met with Liz after a great recommendation from a few friends, and couldn’t be happier with our decision. She answered all of our questions very quickly and she was very knowledgeable about everywhere from Castle Rock all the way north of Denver. She was very patient with us, since we looked at many houses and spent at least a few months searching. We never felt rushed, and we always felt like she had our best interests in mind. I never once thought that she cared more about the money than about us.
