Caroline Gosselin is the CEO of The Gosselin Group at Prominent Properties Sotheby’s International Realty. Her passion for people, marketing, and service has translated into one of the fastest-growing real estate teams in the area. She is a strong communicator, a skilled advisor and decisive problem-solver. Her unique focus and dedication has created a network of happy clients throughout NJ and New York.
Caroline focuses on serving the highly desirable NYC commuter towns along the Mid-Town Direct train line, including South Orange, Maplewood, Millburn, Short Hills and Summit. She understands the unique needs of young families who move to these quaint suburban towns from NYC, Brooklyn and elsewhere. A long-time resident of Maplewood, she has an intimate knowledge of what matters to home sellers and buyers.
Caroline is a cutting-edge marketer who utilizes the latest digital strategies to achieve maximum exposure for the properties she represents. Through her affiliation with Sotheby’s International Realty, she leverages exclusive media partnerships with Zillow, the New York Times, the Wall Street Journal, and many others.
Caroline is a top producer and has consistently placed in the top 1% of all realtors in NJ. She is an active volunteer and passionate supporter of women entrepreneurs. She co-founded the local chapter of the national women’s business group called Believe. Inspire. Grow. (BIG). In 2011, she received the “Mover & Shaker” award from her local Chamber. She was an officer in her local Rotary Club for 4 years and in 2015, was selected as one of the top 150 NJ Leading Women Entrepreneurs.
Caroline received her BA from the University of Texas at Austin, and her MA from the American Graduate School of International Relations and Diplomacy in Paris. Before real estate, she was a program manager for a NYC-based nonprofit affiliated with the United Nations in NYC. She speaks fluent French and conversational Spanish.
