With 17 years’ experience, I’m happy to assist you in buying, renting or selling at the Jersey shore. Being a part of the shore community for thirty years has given me a clear perspective about the shore's past changes and future plans. But actually, it's much more than that. The shore is many small towns, each with their own personality, and price range. My hometown of Belmar has seen big changes over the past 10 years. My first-hand experience with those changes has given me the tools to predict market forces. My 17 years’ experience with clients from renters to million dollar second homeowners in these varied shore towns has prepared me for anything.
