Tim Hinde’s dedication and commitment to delivering the highest level of real estate services has remained the same since he started full-time in the business in January, 1998. In fact, his original mission statement is the same today as it was then:
I give my very best effort to deliver exceptional service to my clients by utilizing the best resources available in the industry and always performing my business in an honest sincere and ethical manner.
Tim’s focus is on helping people with their real estate needs and his experience and knowledge provides him the ability to guide them through even the most challenging situations. Tim has earned the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation which is achieved by only 4% of Realtors Nationally, and he is most proud of earning the consumer rated Five Star Real Estate Agent award for 7 years in row since the program’s inception.
Tim is joined in the business by his wife, Carrie, who provides strong administrative support and helps him with many of the behind the scenes details. Carrie has maintained her Ohio real estate license since 2005.
