Faith helped us sell our Cranford home. We had a very positive experience with her. Faith was very enthusiastic with a high level of professionalism. She exhibited excellent marketing skills: staying abreast of the local market conditions, analyzing comparables insightfully, understanding the buyer profile and consequently pricing our house well. She leveraged the expertise of other Coldwell Banker agents, bringing them over to give their opinions. Faith provided an honest evaluation about the strengths and weaknesses of our property as well as current market conditions to help us have realistic expectations. In addition, she has a superb support staff that staged the house and created very attractive ads. She encouraged and reassured us at various times when we needed it, but never sugar-coated an assessment of a situation either. As a local resident, she truly understands the issues of the community (ie: proposed redefinition of the flood maps) and how it may or may not impact a sale. When I try to explain what a fantastic professional, successful and enjoyable experience my wife and I had with Faith, I almost don’t know where to begin. I have known Faith for over two years, having worked with her on a three house deal. I was looking for a house in Cranford with my then fiancée, Cathy, when I met Faith. Cathy and I had some particular requirements that needed to be met as we were planning a marriage and a blending of two families. Faith worked with us for over a year, showing us over a dozen houses.
